The OSWHC U22 program offers an experienced, high-performance coaching staff built on elite playing backgrounds, proven leadership, and a development-first mindset. With NCAA, U Sports, international, and high-performance coaching experience, this group is committed to accountability, communication, feedback, and creating a supportive culture that helps athletes grow on and off the ice.
Natasha brings a unique blend of elite playing experience, coaching expertise, and executive leadership to the program. A former University of Ottawa Gee-Gees goalie, she is a two-time team MVP, Academic All-Canadian, and ranks second all-time in career minutes played. She also competed in the NWHL and was a dual-sport university athlete, playing basketball at Brock University.
Off the ice, Natasha has served eight years on the WCMHA Board—including four as President—and brings 20 years of professional experience in a sport-related industry. A Level 2 Certified Hockey Canada goalie coach, she has trained AAA and AA goaltenders across male and female streams. Known for her communication, integrity, and collaborative leadership style, Natasha is committed to maintaining a supportive, high-performance environment across the OSWHC program.
Reagan brings HP1 certification and over a decade of coaching experience. A former Ivy League student-athlete at Dartmouth College, Reagan recorded 113 career points with the Big Green, was a Captain for the team for two years, earned two ECAC Defensive Forward of the Year awards, and was named Team MVP and Offensive Player of the Year.
Beyond the NCAA, Reagan is a two-time Ball Hockey World Champion with Team Canada and a part owner of a hockey skill development company. Known for leadership, competitiveness, and a development-driven mindset, Reagan is passionate about helping athletes grow as players, leaders, and people—both on and off the ice.
Assistant Coach
Katrina Bert
Katrina is a High Performance 1 Certified coach with ten seasons of experience at the U15AA and U22AA levels. She’s played a key role in building a high-performance environment focused on preparing athletes for NCAA, U Sports, and professional pathways. Katrina is Lakehead University alumni and a founding member of the Thunderwolves Women’s Hockey Team where she helped her team to back-to-back National Championships as both a player and assistant coach.
Katrina has been selected to coach in the OWHA High Performance Program, leading U16 and U18 HP camps, serving as Team Ontario Blue Video Coach (2023), and Head Coach at the U16 Ontario Summer Games (2022). Known for her development-first coaching style, she emphasizes skill progression, adaptable communication, and a supportive culture that helps athletes grow on and off the ice. As an assistant coach with U22AA OSWHC she’s committed to elevating players while fostering confidence, development, and accountability.

Ryan O’Neil
With roots in competitive hockey dating back to the Nepean Raiders in the 90s, Ryan brings 15 years of coaching experience across every competitive tier. With experience assisting with recruiting at the U Sports level, Ryan brings a strong network of connections with school programs.
Ryan believes in a culture built on accountability, communication, and helping athletes recognize their value—both individually and as a team. Known for his passion for the game, he’s excited to continue developing players and utilizing network to the OSWHC program.

Abby Moloughney
Abby Moloughney is a former elite student-athlete from Ottawa, ON, with playing experience across NCAA, U SPORTS, professional, and international hockey. She starred at Syracuse University, leading the Orange in scoring three times and serving as an Alternate Captain, while earning multiple conference and academic honours such as CHA Tournament MVP, CHA Best Defensive Forward, and multiple All-Tournament Team selections. Her career also includes representing Team Ontario Red (gold medal), Team Canada at the 2018 IIHF U18 Women’s World Championship (bronze medal), serving as an Assistant Captain for the uOttawa GeeGees, and competing professionally in Sweden’s SDHL with Modo Hockey.
As a coach, Abby brings a player-first, high-performance approach shaped by her diverse experiences at the highest levels of the game. She emphasizes accountability, strong fundamentals, and competitive standards while fostering a positive team culture built on trust and communication. With a deep understanding of both athletic and academic excellence, Abby is committed to long-term athlete development, leadership growth, and preparing players to succeed on and off the ice.
