2019-03-19 Lady Sens and KGHA Alumni Sophie Rodenburg National Champion with Guelph
Sophie Rodenburg is officially a national champion after the Guelph Gryphons defeated the McGill Martlets in the U-Sports championship game in Prince Edward Island. It is the first national title for the women's hockey program.
Sophie Rodenburg played all her minor hockey for the KGHA and Lady Sens. She is in her third year at Guelph on an athletic scholarship and it was their second time taking home the provincial crown but the first ever National title for the Gryphons.
