Former Lady Sen Maggie Knott has signed a one year contract with the Buffalo Beauts of the Premier Hockey Federation (PHF).
Maggie played three seasons in the PWHL for the Lady Senators, during which time she also played for Team Ontario Blue in the U18 National Championships. She graduated from the Lady Sens in 2016 playing her post secondary hockey for the NCAA Div1 Mercyhurst Lakers, where she was also team captain.
Maggie joined the Beauts last February and played nine regular season games with the team. The Beauts are looking forward to Maggie contributing at both ends of the ice in the upcoming season. It’s inspiring for our players to see former Lady Sens play professional women’s hockey and continue to grow the game.
Congrats Maggie - we’ll be watching!
