Our U22 team opens the regular season at home this weekend as they host the Etobicoke Dolphins on Saturday. Puck drop is at 1:00pm at the Tony Graham Recreation Complex - the new home of the Lady Sens!

The Ottawa Lady Senators U22AA play in the U22 Elite Division of the Ontario Women’s Hockey League. Made up of 20 teams from Ottawa to Windsor, this group is considered the top amateur women’s hockey league in Ontario and one of the most competitive in Canada.

Many of the players will continue their hockey careers at US NCAA Div I colleges and Canadian U SPORTS universities. U22 Elite teams also feature players who are selected for high performance opportunities with Team Ontario and Team Canada.
