OTTAWA HOCKEY COMMUNITY SUPPORTS DIFD

Mar. 27, 2024

Kelly Nishizaki from DIFD receives a cheque from Soraya Cheung and players and coaches from the Ottawa Lady Senators and Nepean Wildcats

The Ottawa Senators Women’s Hockey Club and the Nepean Wildcats were proud to present a cheque for close to $9K to the Do It for Daron foundation. DIFD supports life-saving research and youth educational programming at The Royal Ottawa Hospital.

As a fundraiser for the DIFD foundation the 1st DIFD Game was held on Thursday, December 20th 2012 between the Ottawa Lady Senators and Nepean Jr. Wildcats at the Bell Sensplex. Since then the gameday has become an annual event which now also includes the U18AA, U15AA and Alumni teams from both associations.

All proceeds from the event, now in its 12th year, go directly to the DIFD Foundation.

See you at the DIFD Game Day next season in December 2024!
